F-1 Student Visa

The U.S. has more foreign students that any other country in the world.

Most of them obtain their F-1 student visas through the U.S. Embassy or Consulate  in their home country.

Sometime individuals would be in the U.S. on some other visa type and then change their status to F-1 student status while in the U.S. These group of people has F-1 Status but no F-1 Visa.  (☞ Difference between Visa and Status?)

At Hope Law Group, we assist F-1 visa/status holders who are seeking H1B visas or employment-based immigration.

Students who wish to work in the U.S. after graduating should start considering their post-graduation status solutions at least one year before graduation.
