As an immigrant himself, Attorney Jeau came to the United States and began his middle school education at El Sereno Junior High, later graduating from Wilson High School in Los Angeles, California. He received a bachelor's degree in Economics from UCLA and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of West Los Angeles.
